Super Liquid Folate 1 oz

Super Liquid Folate contains 400 mcg of natural folate (as calcium folinic acid), along with 40 mcg of vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin and hydroxycobalamin) per one drop serving. Research suggests that folate is an important nutrient for maintaining healthy homocysteine levels. Vitamin B12 is present in case of unknown B12 deficiency, since folate supplementation can mask B12 deficiency and exacerbate symptoms. The liquid form is easy to use, allowing for easy absorption and assimilation.

This proprietary formula is three times better absorbed than other liquid suspensions of folic acid. The NatureFolate® is a concentrated vegetable powder that contains a variety of naturally occurring folates. The material is not however either standardized to nor assayed for any one specific folate. Therefore we have added or supplemented the vegetable powder with the folate, folinic acid which is one of the two primary folates found in nature. The other is 5-MTHF. This folate though, when manufactured, can occur in both the S and R forms, the S (also known as L) form being the preferred form. This is what we use in the standalone product L-5MTHF.
