Beth first became aware of the amazing healing powders of nutrition 18 years ago when her first son struggled with developmental delays and she moved heaven and earth as moms will do to find answers that conventional medicine was not offering her! It is through the healing of her son that Beth discovered the amazing power of nutrition and ever since has dedicated her life to health and wellness both as a nutrition coach and instructor. After earning her bachelors degree from the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana she took some time off to have her family and then went back to school and graduated summa cum laude from the University of Bridgeport with a Master’s of Science degree in Human Nutrition.
Beth provides clients with the information they need to take charge of their health. She strongly believes that health and wellness is achieved through an understanding that we are all biochemically unique and that our personality, life style habits and desire for change all play integral parts in finding a personal recipe for health. Beth uses education, science-based analysis, individualized supplementation recommendations as well as coaching to help her clients achieve their goals.

Her interest in exploring natural remedies and plants as medicine started at an early age. As an animal and nature lover she went vegetarian at the age of 13. Unfortunately, eating more processed foods and dairy rather than healthier options, resulted in IBS, anxiety, depression, OCD, an eating disorder, PCOS, weight gain and hormone imbalance. Determined to use her passion for homeopathic remedies and nutrition to heal, she did a lot of research and experimenting in an effort to restore her health. However, after having 22 silver amalgams removed and multiple other surgical procedures that required antibiotics she developed a multitude of new symptoms. (Candida, weight gain, leaky gut, histamine reactions, sulfur sensitives, foggy head, detoxification issues, dermatitis). This set her on a path into the field of nutrition and she joined our team at Complete Nutrition and Wellness. Here, she continues to learn and heal while assisting others experiencing similar issues find the hope, compassion and help they desperately need and deserve.
