Belegenza provides 8-33% active ingredients in a base of vegetable/plant juices unlike typical professional and retail products which only contain 3-5% active ingredients in a base of water. The first time you use IILustrious, shampoo 2-3 times to remove the build-up. Once the build-up of the oils, dirt, and silicone is rinsed away you will get lots of lather and know that the hair is really clean and ready to accept the best results.
